About Our Team

Our Journey

Hi everyone. My name's Gary, and I'm part of a husband-and-wife team that began our English-teaching YouTube channel in September 2020. We wanted to support learners—especially those in the Arabic-speaking world—with clear, reliable English lessons from beginner level all the way up. My wife, who is fluent in Arabic, has been central to the Arabic side of the channel and has done exceptional work editing and preparing every video we release.

مرحباً بكم جميعاً. اسمي غاري، وأنا جزء من فريق مكوَّن من زوج وزوجة بدأنا قناتنا لتعليم اللغة الإنجليزية على يوتيوب في سبتمبر 2020. أردنا دعم المتعلِّمين — خاصة في العالم الناطق بالعربية — بدروس إنجليزية واضحة وموثوقة من مستوى المبتدئ حتى المستويات المتقدمة. زوجتي، التي تتقن اللغة العربية بطلاقة، كانت عنصراً أساسياً في الجانب العربي من القناة، وقد قامت بعمل استثنائي في إنتاج وإعداد كل فيديو نُخرجه.

Our Experience & Qualifications

I was born and grew up in the UK, and I'm a native English speaker with a strong background in English teaching. I gained my teaching certification from Ulster University, which was voted The Times Educational Supplement University of the Year for 2024. My experience includes more than a year teaching conversational and Business English in China, as well as over 15 years teaching English online with an EdTech company based in Spain. During this time, I've taught students from every continent, many of whom work in well-known international companies across finance, marketing, health, pharmaceuticals, human resources, and other major fields. As you can see, both my wife and I bring extensive experience and strong qualifications to the teaching we do.

وُلدت ونشأت في المملكة المتحدة، وأنا متحدث أصيل للغة الإنجليزية ولديّ خلفية قوية في مجال تعليمها. حصلت على شهادة التدريس من جامعة ألستر، التي حازت لقب جامعة العام لعام 2024 وفقاً لتصنيف تايمز إيديوكيشنال سبليمنت. تشمل خبرتي أكثر من عام في تدريس المحادثة وإنجليزية الأعمال في الصين، فضلاً عن أكثر من 15 عاماً من تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية عبر الإنترنت مع شركة تقنية تعليمية مقرها في إسبانيا. وخلال هذه الفترة، درّست طلاباً من جميع القارات، يعمل كثير منهم في شركات دولية معروفة في مجالات المال والتسويق والصحة والصناعات الدوائية والموارد البشرية وغيرها من المجالات الرئيسية. كما ترى، يتمتع كلانا — أنا وزوجتي — بخبرة واسعة ومؤهلات قوية في العمل التعليمي الذي نقوم به.

Our Family

We are also the proud parents of three wonderful children—two girls and one boy—who have brought so much joy into our lives. They've helped us become more productive, more understanding, and, without doubt, much more patient as educators, parents, and as people.
